   Ho-ly CRAP! I haven’t listened yet because I usually like to quickly skim the links first… Cooking with *quote fingers* Mystery Ingredient?? – I had to read the whole damn article (of course), and I was nearly dry-heaving by the end, and I don’t know if I should share this link or never speak of it again after this. It’s REAL. Unbelievable! OK, I may comment more after I actually listen to the podcast, but this just severely freaked me out.

   1) im going to disagree with OMJ. I listened before checking the links and i wont rule out “mystery ingredient” in my diet. preparation is key.

   2) do we have to live in SLC to vote? i dont listen to any other podcasts from Utah but i’m sure MJM is the best. does a vote from California count?

   3) thanks for the shout out. I dont know what type of larve they were. I think they were like meal worms but dried. there is a picture on OMJ’s facebook.

   Ok, I’ve given it more thought (Im so sorry, brain) and there’s a big “it depends” hanging out ready for me to say.
   If someone served me up a dish from this cookbook and didn’t tell me and I found out later – I’d never speak to them again and probably never eat anything again.
   I’d even have a problem if say, Clive Owen came all over my chicken tetrazinni.
   But I suppose it would be alright.. if, like, I blew someone and then had some mashed potatoes afterward. *shrug*
   If people wanna do this shit in their home, whatever, that’s great (and gross)- I will never be sold on how much more awesome jizz makes food so I would never want to hear about it.

   I never ever want to be anything near a food made with that “Special Sauce”, that is just nasty, funny but nasty…
