   I’ve seen MC Frontalot perform live and met him a couple times, I really dig him a lot. Anyone who can make a Zork rap is geeky in my book. He also rocked the Penny Arcade theme song and his tracks are often sampled on Attack of the Show (G4).
   Jonathan Coulton (joco ) is the shit. Last year at PAX he rewrote his song “My Monkey” to serenade Wil Wheaton (if you know me, you know that Whil Whheaton is my absolute heroman that I consider to be the greatest geek in the universe.)
   I’m a little bummed there were no songs by Hard N Phirm but they may be a bit obscure, I guess.
   Good to see at least something by Weird Al and TMBG in that geek anthem list, but I don’t know if I back all of those.

   I think the R.O.U.S. you were thinking of is the Capybara – check them out on wikipedia. They’ve been at the Santa Barbara zoo since I was little (YMJ) and each time we went we’d take pics of the Capybaras and over the years it just looks like the same pic of the same animal in the same pose, I always got a kick out of that.

   I have a small government employee discount but my iPhone bill (AT&T) each month is about $75 – that includes 400 rollover anytime minutes (that I rarely use and keep adding up to infinity), the data plan to have internets all the time, and unlimited texting (it’s astounding how often I text and hoe much I’m saving with unlimited, but there are other cheaper options too). I love the reception I’ve always gotten with Cingular/ATT and I adore my iPhone and it’s capabilities but customer service wise, they can be dicks, truthfully. I rarely have to contact somebody there so I guess that’s the up side.

   Next week’s last week’s question: Like I said, I’m an absolutely nut for Wil Wheaton, he turned me onto U2′s version of “Dancing Barefoot” by playing it at a lot of his comedy shows and book readings (and it’s also the title of one his books.) I just really like it – it stays with me, and I can’t say that about any U2 song, really. Anyway, I’d like for that to play at my funeral.

   I dont understand these stupid old politicians not letting the military do what it wants. As long as we are on John McCain I watch a clip showing him about 5 yrs or so saying that he hopes the military would let the gay and lesbians be for a lack of a better way of saying it “out and proud” (Not his but mine and to sum up what he did say) and he would support it. But now that it could actually happening he is being the little bi*#h that he is and going back on his word. What a DOUCHEBAG!!!!

   I won’t even start on my list of issues with McCain…

   And I have to agree with J, TMBG’s Partical Man is by and far the best geek anthem, regardless if Mike says I don’t get to vote because I am not a geek.

   I will put some more thought in the song I would want played at my funeral. I think I have the answer but might have to give it more time.

   And while J’s cleanse might be helping his body… his mind isn’t being cleansed. I counted two references to porn from him.
